Fusionlab

Privacy policy

Last updated:

Fusionlab is a service for creating images, video and audio with AI through an Android app and the website fusionlab.pro. This page explains what data we collect, why, who we share it with, and how you control it. The party responsible for the service: Fusionlab, Iraq.

Data we collect

  • Your account: when you sign in with Google we receive your name, your email address, your account picture and an identifier for your account. We do not receive your Google password.
  • Your content: the prompts you write, the reference files you upload, the results of generation and your projects.
  • Balance and subscription: your balance and its movements, subscription requests, and the payment confirmation details our team records (the payment method, its reference and amount).
  • A device token for notifications: when you turn notifications on we store a token that identifies your device to the notification service so we can tell you when a generation finishes.
  • Technical logs: created when you use the service by our infrastructure providers (such as the time of a request and the connection address) to run and protect the service.

How we use your data

  • To run your account and sign you in.
  • To carry out generation requests and keep your results in your library.
  • To manage your balance and subscription and show your history.
  • To send a notification when a generation finishes.
  • To protect the service, prevent abuse, and find and fix errors.
  • To comply with the law where required.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run the service. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.

  • Supabase: the database, sign-in and the private storage for your files (its servers are in Japan).
  • Google: signing in with your account.
  • The generation model provider (currently KIE): receives your prompt and the reference files you choose so it can carry out the generation, and keeps results for a limited time under its own policy. We may add other providers and will update this page.
  • Google Firebase Cloud Messaging: delivering notifications to your device.
  • Cloudflare: hosting the website and serving its pages.

Keeping your data

We keep your account data and your results while your account exists or until you ask us to delete them. We may keep balance and payment records for as long as needed to protect accounts, for accounting audit and to comply with the law.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data and your account by writing to us at the email address at the end of this page.

Deleting an account is currently done by request by email, and we will add a way to delete it from inside the app. We may keep some balance and payment records, as described in the previous section.

You can turn notifications off in the app settings or in your phone settings.

Security

We protect your data with an encrypted connection, private storage for your files that nobody else can open, and restricted permissions for our administrators. No way of transmitting or storing data is completely secure, and we keep improving our protections.

Children

The service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the legal age to use the service in their country.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will publish the updated version here with its date.
